Accessibility Statement
Wavehaus Creative wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- You can use every page with a keyboard alone, and a "Skip to content" link is the first thing you reach.
- The mobile menu and the contact form work with a keyboard and screen readers. Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and error and success messages are announced.
- Text and controls are designed to meet the contrast ratios WCAG AA asks for, and focus is always visible.
- Pages use headings and landmarks so you can move around by structure.
- Animations stop if your device is set to reduce motion, and a pause button stops the scrolling banner and other moving elements.
- Pages reflow for small screens and still work when zoomed to 200%.
- Links that open in a new tab say so.
How we checked
We ran the axe-core automated checker (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, levels A and AA) on every page and fixed what it found. We also tested the menu and the contact form by keyboard. We have not yet had an independent audit or testing with people who use assistive technology, so some problems may remain.
Known limits
- Images and project details are managed in our content system. Some images may have short or generic descriptions until we write better ones.
- Links to other sites (our Instagram and TikTok, and the Stan Store where our digital products are sold) open in a new tab. Those sites are run by other companies and we do not control their accessibility.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email hello@wavehauscreative.com or use the contact form. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you use. We read every message and will work with you to fix the problem or get you what you need another way.
